Does Fishs Eddy sell gift cards?
We are currently transitioning to a new online gift card program and are not selling new gift cards at this time. If you have a gift card with credit remaining, you can still redeem it online, as usual! Just enter the gift card information in the gift card field during checkout. Please give us a call if you have issues, though none are anticipated at this time.

I'm having trouble redeeming my gift card or discount code, help!
Once you have added items to your shopping cart, view your shopping cart here. Then, enter your discount code or gift card code (dashes included) in the appropriate fields and select 'apply'. Please make sure to enter the gift card code or discount code before starting the checkout process. If your gift card code consists of only numbers (no letters or dashes) please call us at (212) 420-9020 to place your order over the phone.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are locating a reliable shipping service for the near future.
Are all of your products available online?
We try our best to get our most popular items online. We have a lot of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces that are in store only, so swing by and visit us at 889 Broadway at 19th Street in New York City! We're also always adding new items online, so come back and visit us again!
If I saw an item in your store but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?
Contact our store directly at (212) 420-9020 to place an order over the phone and have it shipped to you.
Are the prices different on your website?
We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our store and our website. In the event you find a discrepancy in pricing, please email us at email@example.com.
Will you share my email address with other businesses?
No. Fishs Eddy respects the right to privacy.

Can items purchased online be returned to the store?
Yes but please note only the cost of the items will be refunded, not the cost of shipping.
