We stand behind the quality of our wares. After all, this is the most durable china you can buy! But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise for refund within 30 days when accompanied by your original receipt.

10% restocking fee for returned merchandise over $200.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
