Shipping Policy

Delivery
Sure it costs a little more to ship Sturdyware...it’s heavy because it’s built restaurant tough. Think of it this way: it’s part of your investment in dishware that will last a very long time.

Shipping Options
We ship via FedEx Ground. For expedited options and fees, please contact orders@fishseddy.com. Please note, ground service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We cannot ship internationally at this time. We are developing an international shipping process that we be available in early
Summer 2014.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Order Status
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
