Shipping Policy

Worth the weight! Sure it costs a little more to ship dishes… (it’s heavy because it’s built restaurant tough!) Think of it this way: it’s part of your investment in dishware that will last a very long time. We take extra care in packing your mugs, plates and cups so they make it to you in one piece!

In Store and Phone Orders

If you are shipping a package from our store at 19th and Broadway or placing an order over the phone, flat rate shipping rates do not apply. Please call us at 212-420-9020 for more info.

Shipping Options

We ship via FedEx Ground which takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If no one is home to accept the package, it is FedEx's policy to leave the package at the door. By placing this order with us, you accept responsibility for packages delivered at the door in the event a package is missing when you get home.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are locating a reliable shipping service for the near future.

Multiple Shipments

Shipments to more than one address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted successfully. Please (1) make sure you've given us the correct email and (2) check your spam folder! (Sometimes our emails end up in there…)

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items

While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date.
