GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Fish's Eddy stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 60 days, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return eligible items within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.

HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?

• Visit our Returns Portal here and sign in with your order number and email address
• Select the item(s) and reason for your return
• Select the prepaid FedEx label to send the return back to us
• Confirm and Complete

A copy of your packing slip and shipping label will be sent to your email address.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but we will be more than happy to issue a refund once the item you do not want is received back at our warehouse.

Please note that we are unable to ship out replacement orders.

WHY IS AN ITEM SHOWING NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Some sale items are final sale and non-returnable. This will be stated in the item description, as well as on your order confirmation.

If the order was placed more than 60 days ago, the items will no longer show as eligible for return.
