HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?
The story begins with Grove & Vine
We heard a podcast from Grove & Vine, and they were talking about olive oil like it was a religion!
Then some stuff about corruption, freshness, flavor — the works. Turns out, these guys are our neighbors (they run the olive oil and wine programs at EATALY up the block!) and they already loved Fishs Eddy. So we teamed up.
They do the oil. We do the charm!
WE DO DISHES — NOT OLIVE OIL.
This isn’t us pretending to be some fancy Tuscan estate. We’re not stomping olives in the basement. This is about bringing our guests something really good and a little unexpected — because people who love our plates probably also love cooking, eating, and setting a great table.
