MTA - NYC SUBWAY TOKEN GLASS - SOLID BRASS ('80-'85)

New York was changing, and so were its subway tokens.

This Italian-made glass features an authentic, circulated MTA Solid Brass subway token from 1980–1985, when the famous punched-out “Y” gave way to a solid brass design. Suspended in the base of the glass, this genuine piece of NYC transit history is a reminder of the days when 60 cents could get you across town.
